I attended the University of Texas at Austin for my bachelor's degree in education. I've come to realize that teaching isn't just my job, but it's who I am as a person. I believe every student deserves the opportunity to understand and retain information that is presented to them in school, and it's my responsibility to make sure that happens. Using a collaborative approach, I can help students develop an appreciation of math like I have. I tutor algebra, geometry, middle school math, pre-calculus, trigonometry, statistics, study skills and organization, and test preparation. In my spare time, I like to read, listen to music, hike, scuba dive, and travel.
